really good experience
modern furniture soft towel professional staff
new furniture was modern. bath towels were soft. the location was beautiful. I really liked having a spa on the hotel. restaurants were modern and served delicious food. the price was a good VALUE. all staff were professional.
I found service from the concierge very SLOW. it did not match the place and amount. the amount i paid was very high for the modest hotel service. i found this disappointing, i hope this improves.

staff seemed very polite. staff seemed helpful. a buggy was available for travel within the resort 24 hours a day. this was really convenient and made getting around VERY easy.

shallow pool giant puddle
The breakfast spread seemed ok, i guess. It was quite a spread.
The pool? shockingly shallow. You could barely swim. it was more like a giant puddle than a pool, really. not exactly the luxurious dip i was hoping for.

great service cute receptionist helpful manager
alia at reception from tunisia, really provided great service. she was cute and helpful. suleiman the manager also.
i experienced a small delay at check-in while my room was prepared. the wait time was around half an hour past the stated check-in time. it wasn't a major issue, but a quicker process would be beneficial.

The breakfast buffet had great variety and quality. i especially appreciated the fresh pastries. the restaurants on site provided a good selection of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the asian cuisine.
